"They're all shipped at the same time from the same place, Man." However when I call to express concern (calmly and in a professional manner) that there might an issue with my subscription I don't want to be told. Now I understand this company is a company of gamers serving gamers, and who are targetting a demographic slighty younger and likely cooler than I am. This month things are running behind again, so I made a "pre-emptive call" just to see if I could head off any troubles on Monday, just to see when things had been shipped. I was happy to see I got the replacement in just two days. A week later I called again (this was April 18th) I called again and was told "oh it should be there by now" and they immediately sent out a replacement. Getting into this I understood I would be getting (to quote a poster on Bugman's Brewery) "the priviledge to recieve the magazine usually a week AFTER the stores do" Last month my first subscription issue (#303) was over 2 weeks late, when I called they told me everything was okay and it was in the mail. Well I've had my White Dwarf subscription now for 2 months and I'm ready to cancel it.
